Products
All of our items are handmade to order from the date payment is received. These items may take up to 21 days to reach you however we endeavour to complete orders as quickly as possible. If you require an order sooner please do contact us before you make your order and we will establish whether your time limit can be met. A small surcharge for priority orders will be incurred. When ordering please make sure the measurements are correct, Amoureuse is not liable for garments made to the wrong measurements which were given at the time of ordering.
Garment Care
Amoureuse provides our customers with the best quality garments. We advise that all of our garments are hand washed only, dried flat and ironed with a cool iron. Although every care has been given to ensure Swarovski crystals are secure, over time and prolonged use crystal loss may occur. Due to the nature of the embellishment and not knowing exactly how frequently the garment will be used, unfortunately we cannot guarantee the longevity on any garments. Amoureuse is not liable for crystal loss due to prolonged use or due to improper care. All products should be looked after according to instructions given and any faults due to lack of care will result in garments being non refundable or exchangeable.
Prices
Amoureuse’s prices are shown in Great British .Customers outside of the UK will be charged at their country’s currency rate. The prices of goods purchased are at the time when the order was confirmed.
Payment
Amoureuse uses secure payment processing by Paypal. Once you have clicked ‘purchase’ on the checkout page you will be transferred to Paypal and all transactions are securely handled by Paypal. Don’t worry if you do not have a Paypal account, you can still use a credit or debit card and the transaction will be processed securely through the Paypal interface. Amoureuse will appear on debit and credit card statements if a card is used instead of a Paypal account under the name of ‘PayPalAmoureuse’.
Returns
Amoureuse will allow returns on faulty garments. However, the item must be unworn and we must to be notified of within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Amoureuse must be made aware of the garment’s faults before a return is agreed, any items which are not reported will not be refunded.
All returns must be sent via recorded delivery in suitable packaging with all original tags and labels still attached. Packaging must be marked clearly with ‘Returns’. Packages from outside the UK which are unmarked will incur custom charges and tax duty. Amoureuse has the right to refuse the product or charge all costs back to the customer. Amoureuse is not responsible for any items lost in the post. Goods returned to us are the customer’s responsibility prior to reaching Amoureuse. Please note, postage costs will not be reimbursed on refunded or exchanged items.
Garments which are ordered in the incorrect size are unable to be refunded. Please double check which size you require using the sizing guide before placing your order.
Briefs cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Personalised items are NON-refundable and NON-exchangeable. A personalised item which proves to be faulty or incorrect due to an error on our part will be exchanged if we are notified within 7days of receipt of goods. Any garments which are returned worn or damaged through fault of the customer will not be refunded.
Once you have notified us of a wish to return, please wait for us to reply to you before posting the item back to us.
Ordering
Once an order has been concluded you will receive a message via email confirming your order. Your garments will then be created to your requirements and once completed an email will be sent to you stating that your items have been dispatched.
All of our garments are handmade to order and we do not carry stock therefore please allow 21 days from placing your order for it to arrive. If you wish to cancel an order within 7 days of placing the order, please notify us as it is likely production will already be underway and the order will not be able to be cancelled. Please contact us before placing an order if you require items for a specific date as we can usually work to individual timescales depending current demand.
Delivery
Delivery within the UK is £3.95 on each order. Shipping varies for each country so please check this before purchasing you order. Free delivery is offered on orders over £150. All orders will be sent via recorded delivery and they must be signed for. Damaged garments by the courier may be refused upon arrival of delivery. Otherwise, Amoureuse must be notified immediately and damaged packaging must be kept as proof against the courier.

All of our items are beautifully gift wrapped in our signature tissue paper and gift boxes.
Overseas Orders
Amoureuse ships items to anywhere in the world. These orders will be charged specific shipping rates; however, we are not responsible for import duties or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are out of our control.
Representation of Goods
Every effort is made to represent our goods accurately, however due to the personalised-effect of handmade products, slight variations may occur. The reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. Amoureuse reserves the right to modify and change its products and images without prior notice
Privacy
Amoureuse will not rent, share or sell any personal information which is given to us. Data may have to be released for legal purposes. It will not be handed over to third parties or commercial organisations. Any information given to us will be given full security procedures.
