Delivery

Delivery within the U.K is charged at £3.95 for each order. The shipping rates for other countries varies so please check this before confirming your order. Free delivery is offered on orders over £150. All orders will be sent via recorded delivery and they must be signed for. Damaged garments by the courier may be refused upon arrival of delivery. Otherwise, Amoureuse must be notified immediately and damaged packaging must be kept as proof against the courier.

All of our items are beautifully gift wrapped in our signature tissue paper and gift boxes.

Overseas Orders

Amoureuse ships items to anywhere in the world. Shipping rates vary for each country; however, we are not responsible for import duties or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are out of our control.

Returns

Amoureuse will allow returns on faulty garments. However, the item must be unworn and we must to be notified of within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Amoureuse must be made aware of the garment’s faults before a return is agreed, any items which are not reported will not be refunded.


Garments which are ordered in the incorrect size are unable to be refunded. Please double check which size you require using the sizing guide before placing your order.

All returns must be sent via recorded delivery in suitable packaging with all original tags and labels still attached. Packaging must be marked clearly with ‘Returns’. Packages from outside the UK which are unmarked will incur custom charges and tax duty. Amoureuse has the right to refuse the product or charge all costs back to the customer. Amoureuse is not responsible for any items lost in the post. Goods returned to us are the customer’s responsibility prior to reaching Amoureuse. Please note, postage costs will not be reimbursed on refunded or exchanged items. 

Briefs cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Personalised items are NON-refundable and NON-exchangeable. A personalised item which proves to be faulty or incorrect due to an error on our part will be exchanged if we are notified within 7days of receipt of goods. Any garments which are returned worn or damaged through fault of the customer will not be refunded.
